it is EXTREMELY funny to watch people be like nononono you don't GET IT campaign 3 isn't your BLACK AND WHITE EASY ANSWER YA NOVELS. bestie I've read infinitely more morally complex YA novels than this campaign. I've seen blockbuster popcorn movies that more skillfully conveyed the point of there not being an easy answer. I had to read On My Honor in fifth grade and it handles the topic of death and difficult choices more thoughtfully than this campaign. Ferdinand the Bull is making at least comparably sophisticated points on the nature of responsibility and power. give me a random year from the past century and there's at LEAST an 80% chance the Newberry medalist of that year had more moral grayness.

Me, imagining Dick surviving somehow - on a wing and a prayer, and him clawing his way back to Gotham with Nightwing because there's no way he's letting this be the last time he sees his family and brother: wait.

Me, imagining that instead of going home, Dick just drags himself to wherever Jason's kingdom is, confronting him there and seeing just how badly Jason spiraled after thinking he killed his older brother: okay this may be onto something here.
